HÖMNIA uses essential browser storage for functions that need to persist on a customer’s device, such as cart contents, authentication session state, language choices and guest/device shopping conveniences. Signed-in account records such as profile details, account orders, saved account addresses, shopping lists, schedules and account notifications may also be stored securely in HÖMNIA’s backend so they can follow the customer across signed-in devices. Optional analytics or advertising technologies must not be enabled before the relevant production tools and consent controls are approved.
Customer policy information
Essential browser storage
Cart state, authentication session state, language, accessibility settings and device-bound shopping or support references may be stored in the browser where needed for the requested website function. Essential storage is not treated as advertising consent.
Account and device preferences
Signed-in account information can be stored in HÖMNIA’s protected backend for cross-device use. Guest or device-only data remains separate unless the customer explicitly chooses to add or import an eligible item to the account.
Analytics and performance
Optional analytics should measure page performance and customer journeys only after the production tools, retention rules, provider disclosures and consent settings are approved.
Your choices
Customers should be able to accept, reject or later change optional cookie choices without losing essential shopping functions. Clearing browser storage may remove device-only cart, guest-history or preference data from that browser.
Policy and operator details
The final notice and consent banner must list every production cookie or browser-storage technology, provider, purpose and lifetime. No optional analytics or advertising technology should be activated before the approved consent mechanism is connected.
