HÖMNIA privacy policy
HÖMNIA uses the information needed to provide shopping, delivery, payments, support and customer-account features. When a customer signs in, eligible account information such as profile details, delivery addresses, orders, shopping lists, schedules and account notifications may be stored in HÖMNIA’s protected systems so it can follow the customer across signed-in devices. Guest and browser-only information remains separate unless the customer explicitly chooses to add or import it to the account.
Customer policy informationName, phone number and email are used for account access, checkout, delivery, service requests and customer support. Signed-in account records are protected by authenticated access controls; guest shopping information is not silently reassigned to an account after sign-in.
Addresses, landmarks, handover instructions and optional location pins are used to quote and complete delivery. Signed-in customers can save addresses to their HÖMNIA account for cross-device use. Addresses previously stored only in a browser remain on that device unless the customer explicitly saves them to the account.
Account orders, shopping lists, scheduled-shopping preferences, account notifications, service requests, support cases, returns and related operational histories are retained where needed to provide the requested service, maintain customer history and resolve issues. Device-only wishlist or guest activity can remain local until the underlying feature is deliberately connected to the account.
Sensitive payment credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by HÖMNIA. HÖMNIA retains only the payment references, statuses and operational records needed for orders, refunds, reconciliation, support and fraud prevention. Authentication sessions are used only to let the signed-in customer access their own protected account data.
HÖMNIA will update this notice when verified operator registration details, production payment processors, analytics tools, retention schedules, messaging providers or other material data-processing arrangements change.
