Delivery you can plan
Standard Kigali delivery runs every day from 08:00 to 21:00, with five customer windows and clear district-based launch fees.

Product availability, basket size and the delivery route are checked before fulfilment.

Fee and time are confirmed
Choose one of five delivery windows. Outside-Kigali and bulky orders receive a confirmed quote before payment.

Same-day orders: available where eligible before 14:00.
Standard estimate: 2–6 hours, depending on route and confirmed stock.
Priority estimate: 90–180 minutes where eligible.
When the customer is unavailable

The driver calls the customer.

The driver sends a WhatsApp message.

The driver waits for up to 10 minutes where safe and practical.

The order returns to the delivery point when contact is unsuccessful.

One redelivery can be arranged; a new fee may apply unless HÖMNIA caused the failed delivery.
